Haploview
There will now appear an Open in Haploview menu option by assoc1.assoc when right-clicking. Selecting that brings up Haploview with this file loaded. Here we see a table with each SNP as a row; the allele codes, frequencies, and association results (chi-square statistic, p-value and odds ratio) are given.Previous | Next
