• Gene Sets
  1. KEGG (http://www.genome.jp/kegg) : genes sets with canonical pathways, focusing on metabolic, signaling and regulatory mechanisms curated by domain experts. Note that this gene set was compiled on Mar. 2011. Due to the change of the KEGG FTP data access policy, we do not plan to update this gene set.
  2. Gene Ontology (http://www.geneontology.org) : hierarchically structured categories of annotation for gene products with respect to cellular function, biological process, and cellular compartments.
  3. Molecular Signature Database (http://www.broadinstitute.org/gsea/msigdb) : a diverse collection of gene sets compiled from online pathway databases, publications in PubMed, regulatory motifs, chromosomal positional information, etc.
